Returns Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy.
If you no longer want the item you are welcome to return for a full refund but you will have to pay the return postage costs. Please email us to confirm that you want to return the item back to us.

Sending your item back

When we accept your return, you'll receive an email with your next steps - You'll need to send it back within 14 days, using tracked postage.
When you're sending the item back, repack it carefully, and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to us in is important.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

How to cancel your order

If you have changed your mind after purchasing the item, please contact us straight away as we might be able to stop it from being delivered. We will then be able to issue you a refund straight away.

How to return your order

You are welcome to return your item using a courier or postal service of your choice. If you would like us to arrange collection we can do this and it will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using Parcel2go.com as they have very good rates.

Shipping outside of the UK

We can ship most items to the rest of the world but you as a customer will be liable for any duty & local VAT charges.
